Sofia and Oz are a peculiar couple attempting to salvage their union. Their painful history threatens to erupt and destroy their new alliance as well as their current goal, which is the basis of their hostility. In the third episode of The Penguin, Sofia tells Oz about a novel medication that Arkham inmates were administered to make them forget their suffering, which made them obedient and content. Oz gives the medication the fitting moniker, “Bliss.” To sell Bliss in the Triads’ domain, an agreement will be made. Fortunately, Oz has a wide range of contacts, not all of them are cordial.
