While on duty, Special Forces officer Parker learns of her father Harry’s passing. Parker, who aspires to rebuild her life in the mining town of Creation, hears from her high school boyfriend, Sheriff Jesse, that Harry killed himself inside a mine on his land. Parker, who is evaluating the situation in town and trying to figure out what happened, doesn’t believe it. He reunites with his friend Mike. Parker has a lead to follow as she starts to learn the truth about what’s actually going on in Creation thanks to local bully Elvis, who is up to no good and getting his hands on powerful weapons, and his father Swann, who is fighting for reelection to the Senate.
