Carano stars as Hattie McAllister, a St. Louis local currently living on a secluded farm with her better half, Jeb. She’s hopeless and yearns to rejoin with her family on more amiable territory, yet Jeb demands they stay on track. It’s their territory, their home, and she has the coarseness to make everything work, he guarantees her. Just Hattie isn’t persuaded. They have two small kids and she spends her days wrapped up in layers. Hattie sets those stresses to the side when four men show up on her property, energetic for water and cordiality.
