Samaritan is about a set of twins who were endowed with superhuman power from birth. The citizens of Granite City labeled them as freaks, and their parents’ home was set on fire while they were still inside. The twins, though, lived. One later evolved into a representation of justice, namely the Samaritan. The other turned into Nemesis after becoming devoured by retaliation.
