Tyler Rake is in rigorous therapy at the start of Extraction 2 after suffering an injury during the last mission. With his animals, Tyler has been living off the grid for almost a year. He receives a job offer, which puts Nik and Yaz back in his life. He must battle the vicious Radiani brothers, who are in charge of a Georgian gang. Tyler will either have to endure the wrath of the Radiani army or free their family. He must once more rely on his skills to get out of the situation despite these obstacles.
