A local woman’s discovery of skeleton remains, authorities unearth a “boneyard” full of unidentified corpses. Detective Ortega and his colleague Young are on the case, but Chief Carter is glad to have F.B.I. profiler Pete on board as well, as Pete has seen his share of violent incidents. The team starts an inquiry, but Ortega sees the investigation as personal since. His wayward niece Selena vanished and he thinks she may be involved in the boneyard line-up. With so many potential suspects, Pete has a stake in finding the killer(s), which makes progress on the case more difficult.
