Abigail recently went through a divorce, which she has been putting off telling her mother Barbara. Abigail is a little concerned when she gets the call that her father, Eugene has fallen again. She also doesn’t give it much thought, primarily since Barbara tends to worry and exaggerate excessively. When a doctor’s appointment results in a discussion regarding hospice care, it is obvious that things are worse than they first seemed.
